The house has two separate apartments; one is ideal for 8 people and has a cosy eat-in kitchen on the ground floor and 4 bedrooms with en-suite shower/toilet on the 1st floor, and the other accommodation is a nice apartment for 5 people on the 2nd floor with kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. During the summer, the apartments are advertised individually (AT-6263-141 + 142) and in the winter, they can be rented as one big apartment for up to 13 people. The house features a heated ski cellar, a garage for bicycles, a wonderful sunbathing lawn with swing and sandbox for the youngsters, WiFi throughout the house. The ski shuttle stops in the immediate vicinity and will take you to the nearby Spieljochbahn lift in the well-known ski area Hochzillertal/Hochfügen.
