Gatterland House is situated on the Gerlosberg in the middle of the Zillertal Arena. The town centre and the Zell am Ziller ski area are just a few minutes’ drive away. The holiday house enjoys a tranquil and sunny setting about 2.5 km above Zell, with a wonderful view of Zell and the surrounding alpine panorama. The holiday home is situated on the first floor and the entire accommodation is newly furnished (2016) in a charming Tyrolean style with lots of wood and a cosy ambience. All guests are kindly requested not to smoke in this holiday house. The ski bus from the Gerlosberg will take you free of charge to the midway or valley station of the new Zillertal Arena, 160 kilometres of ski runs and 53 state-of-the-art cable cars will make your day of skiing or snowboarding a truly special experience. The ski bus stop is located almost directly in front of the house. When snow conditions are good, you can even ski down right to the house. All the surrounding ski areas, such as Kaltenbach, Hochfügen, Horberg, Mayrhofen, Finkenberg and the Hintertuxer Glacier, are within quick reach. The longest toboggan run in the Zillertal (7 km long), which is on the Gerlosstein and is lighted until 1am, is just a 15-minute drive away. Ramblers will enjoy the walking paths and hiking trails as well as a cross-country ski trail that follows the Ziller Promenade. Horse-drawn sleigh and carriage rides are another fun and relaxing activity! A heated ski room with a ski boot dryer is available for your skis and ski boots.
