Idyllic and quiet cottage for 6 persons and dog? on the edge of the park Silbersee.
The house is located in the holiday park “Silbersee” in 34621 Frielendorf, North Hesse.
The holiday village is surrounded by beautiful nature and forests, which you can use and enjoy for various leisure activities.
In the park and in the immediate vicinity are a climbing park, a large indoor play paradise, a wellness center with indoor pool, sauna, waterslide, etc., a miniature railway, an all-weather toboggan run, a petting zoo, archery possibilities, mini golf, skater and bocce, football, Tennis and basketball fields, adventure playgrounds u. V. M.
The house is located on a 700 m² large, quiet property, at the edge of the forest. The recreational activities described are all within easy walking distance.
On the large, newly landscaped terrace in 2016 is everything you need for a cozy get-together (sofa, grill, etc …). The holiday home also includes 2 children’s scooters and a children’s bike.
The house has a total size of 75 m² and is built in 3 levels.
A hallway leads to the open living-dining area. The living room is equipped with a 3-2-1 sofa set. Here you have a TV with flat screen and a music system (with jack connection for playing your “mobile phone music”) are available.
Adjacent to this is the dining area, with a cozy, spacious sitting area. A small staircase leads to the gallery, where the kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, etc., with adjoining small sitting area, is located.
Next to it is the shower room with shower, sink and toilet. On the same floor is also the first bedroom with double bed, from where you directly to an adjacent separate toilet room with sink and toilet, arrives.
A wooden staircase leads to the top floor, where there are two further bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds and a private washbasin. Both rooms have access to the balcony.
In the house 83 they have (mostly) a free WLAN connection.
In the winter months, the landlord has stacked firewood for you at the house, so they can heat the cozy stove in the living-dining room.
