Our house is located in a quiet cul de sac, about 150 meters from the tram towards the city center (about 10 minutes) away. Cafe, restaurants, shopping and swimming pool are in the immediate area.
A spacious room (24 m2) with private entrance and balcony (10 m2), modern kitchen, cozy dining area, work station and a cozy bed (2mx1,60). The associated shower room is accessible 2 meters away across the hallway and is used exclusively by you.
THE LIVING ROOM
The room with private entrance from the hallway is newly renovated, with natural parquet floors and tastefully decorated. It is suitable for holidays in Freiburg, as well as for business trips and longer stays.
Large windows provide a bright, friendly atmosphere, the balcony invites you to linger in the warm season. 24 m2 offer generous space for kitchen, dining area, bed and desk. The separate shower room is 2 meters away from the room entrance.
The KITCHEN is equipped with crockery for 4 people and has fridge and ceramic hob. Coffee maker, toaster and kettle are also available.
The ESSPLATZ consists of a table, two comfortable chairs and a shelf that can be used as a shelf. There is also a small library on the shelf.
The bed is 200 x 160 cm, has a comfortable backrest and 2 bedside tables.
The DESK has a glass top. On it is also the TV DEVICE.
The WARDROBE has enough space for a longer stay.
For your own shower bath it is 2 meters above the hallway.
Our house is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. The Dreisam River is about 200 meters as the crow flies, where you can walk for miles along the riverbank. Approximately 150 meters away there is a regular tram connection to the city center, as well as cafe, kiosk, bank, health food store and bakery. In the vicinity there are also 2 supermarkets, restaurants and a public swimming pool. The College of Education is 5 minutes away on foot.
