Located in downtown Freiburg, this apartment is just a 10-minute walk from the Old Town and in close proximity to the main station, the University hospital, and the university institute district. The apartment is on the first floor of a modern and very well maintained building and faces the rear of the house (i.e. not towards the railway). The floor plan on the left shows the interior layout. All of the rooms are connected by a hallway. The rooms are fully furnished, leaving no wish unfulfilled. The bedroom (approx. 18 m2) has a standard double bed; an additional couch makes it a comfortable space for enjoying some alone-time, as well. The living room includes a dining area and is about 23 m2. A pull-out sofa bed with a sleeping surface of 160×200 cm is intended for the third and fourth guests. The large, partly covered balcony is accessible from the living room. The large kitchen and pantry are fully stocked (including dishwasher) with plates, silverware, and kitchenware. Guests are also welcome to use the washing machine located in the bathroom (shower/WC). If guests need an underground parking spot (recommended, as Marchstraße only has private or paid parking spaces and parking tickets are expensive in Freiburg), we are happy to provide one for 7 EUR per day.
