We offer comfortable apartments suitable for 1 to 2 people in the attractive district of Freiburg-Betzenhausen. The apartments are located just a few meters from the Seepark recreational area. Cafés, beer gardens, and various sports facilities make Seepark a recreational paradise of the highest caliber. Tram line 1 stops close by and numerous shops and stores (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, drugstore, Internet café, restaurants, bank) for your daily needs are all in the immediate vicinity. The University Hospital and the trade fair grounds are also easily accessible by public transportation. Each apartment features a cozy living room/bedroom with satellite TV and radio, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with bathtub or shower. The apartments are also easily accessible by elevator. Apartments 3 and 4 have a comfortable living room/bedroom (double bed 160 x 200 cm, apartment 3 or two single beds 90 x 200 cm, apartment 4) with an additional place to sleep (extendable for 3 people), satellite TV and radio, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with shower. We reserve the right to the allocate apartment 3 or 4 depending on availability. The apartments are easily accessible by elevator and located on the first floor. Parking and shopping options, a laundromat, an Internet café, and numerous restaurants are all in the immediate vicinity. A tram stop (line 1) is located in front of the building. Cots or cribs are bookable upon request for a flat rate of 20 EUR. W-LAN is available. Since January 1, 2014, the city of Freiburg charges a lodging tax of 5%. Those in Freiburg on business are exempt from this tax; the relevant forms are available here.
