Just 10 km from Altenmarkt at a snow guaranteed height of 1,100 metres is the typically Austrian village of Forstau. The detached property,House Sonnen-Alp is situated in the centre of the village, The house occupies a sunny position and the newly renovated (2006) accommodation is situated on the first floor. Access to the 2nd floor, a private part of the owners, is through the shared hallway on the 1st floor. The spacious accommodation (100m2) comprises of the entire 1st floor and has been attractively decorated by the Dutch owners. As the owners are often not present you can enjoy extra privacy as the house is then for sole occupancy. You also have the use of three balconies and a large enclosed garden surrounds the house, where the children can enjoy playing. In the garden there is of course, garden furniture as well as a barbeque and various children’s play equipment such as a trampolione, basketball net and football goal posts. A mountain stream flows along the rear of the house which is also attractive for children to play in. All in all a perfect address for a successful holiday.
