Property Description
Our 2015 completed apartment (70sqm) is located in the idyllic Drispeth, a district of Zickhusen, directly on the nature reserve Dambecker lakes.
Our apartment is a house with private entrance, private terrace, fenced separately.!
The plot is about 2000 square meters in size and may be shared by our guests.
The apartment consists of a fully equipped cozy kitchen, a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, a small bedroom with double bed and an open living and sleeping area with fireplace and pull-out corner sofa (with sleeping for 2 more guests).
The wood for the fireplace is provided by us free of charge.
About the spiral staircase leads to the fully developed loft, which can be used as additional sleeping or play opportunities for children.
All sockets are provided with child safety devices.
The stairs can be provided with stair gates upon request.
Parking is available in front of the house.
Cot, playpen and high chair are available and of course free.
Bringing of pets is not possible.
Smoking in the apartment is not allowed.
The apartment has a private terrace for relaxing hours.
In addition, more sitting and reclining are available in the large courtyard of the landlord.
Barbecue and fire bowl for cozy evenings are available free of charge and give the evening something special.
A playground is in the yard and nearby in the village ..
On the property, the children can move freely and romp. Tracker, doll carriage, scooter, Bobbycar, chalkboard, sandpit sandbox waiting for our little guests. A tree house, the giant trampoline as well as a swing and sandpit are all about playing and happy children’s hearts. Of course, there are also a few bunnies for feeding and caressing.
The cycle network around the Lake Schwerin and the state capital Schwerin and in the city of Wismar is fully opened and loads in nature to linger.
Distance to the state capital Schwerin and Wismar is 15 km each (15 minutes).
The Baltic Sea can be reached in 20 minutes by car and Lake Schwerin in about 10 minutes.
The Dambecker Moor is a 5 minute walk and invites his idyll and variety of birds for hiking.

In Lübstorf six kilometers away are the railway station, public transport links, shopping facilities, veterinarian, dentist, GP, pharmacy, physiotherapy, hairdressing and catering.
The A20 motorway is about 12 km away.
