Surrounded by a 500 sqm garden plot, the house is freestanding and located on a small romantic mountain stream on the edge of the forest.
Ideal for a family holiday in 3 generations. Also, it offers enough space and space for a holiday with friends and children since each apartment has its own garden with terrace.
Your holiday home is luxurious but nevertheless comfortable and furnished with great attention to detail. It is a low-energy house, which is heated in an ecological sense with an air heat pump, and is built with local craftsmen and with wood from the region. Windows, doors & Window boards made of larch wood, real wood planks and solid wood furniture contribute to a pleasant and healthy living environment.
The 120 sqm apartment with 2 separate bedrooms, 1 double bed and a sleeping couch on the open gallery. This apartment, has a large living room with large dining table for about 12 people in the extended state.
The apartment on the brook with about 60 sqm with its own garage has a separate bedroom, where 2 extra beds are possible.
The smallest apartment with 35 sqm in the cottage flair has the bedroom on an open gallery.
All 3 apartments are flooded with light and with a wonderful view to the mountains.
Osterhofen is situated at 820 meters above sea level and belongs to the health resort Bayrischzell, where you can find groceries, organic bakers, butchers, Souvenir shops, ski schools and sports shops, pharmacy, warm baths, Sudelfeld ski resort, hairdresser, masseur, doctors and dentists.
From Munich you can reach us in about 1 hour. You can also come to us by train. The train station from the Bavarian Oberlandbahn is about 3 minutes away. The valley station of the Wendelstein cable car can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot.
On the south bank of the Schliersee you are in 5 minutes by car.
Numerous mountains you can go directly from our property.
