Perfect for beginners and families with small children. The village, where you can get your groceries and find some restaurants, is within walking distance. Your apartment is situated on the first or second floor. (The owner has several, identical apartments on these two floors) The apartment features a spacious living/dining room with open kitchen (fully equipped). This former hotel has been refurbished with a focus on comfort and convenience. Guests can make use of a breakfast service, which can be arranged with the owner upon arrival. There’s a ski-storage area and a sauna, perfect for relaxing after an active day out in the snow. The famous skiing village of Filzmoos and the rest of this region offer a host of activities in the winter, like skiing, cross country skiing, hiking, a trip by horse-drawn sleigh, etc. In summer, you can go swimming, hiking, biking, golfing, Nordic walking, mountain biking, rock climbing and even skiing on the Dachstein glacier. The region offers superb natural beauty and lots of activities. Something for everyone and thus an ideal destination in all seasons!
