This cozy house (semi-detached) is very quiet at the forest edge in a small cottage area on a ridge in the municipality of Extertal beautiful forested mountains.
The house offers 70sqm of living space and 2 floors accommodate 5 people. Three bedrooms with a double bed (2,00m x 1,40m, 1 mattress), a double bed (2,00m x 1,80m) and a single bed (2,00m x 0,90m) are available. The bathroom has a tub / shower, and guests with the adjoining sauna to relax. The living room with an open gallery offers a stove that can be used with its cozy warmth to heat the whole house. Bathroom and living room have an electric floor heating, in addition, here, as in all other rooms electric heaters available. The kitchen is fully equipped (including compact dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster).
The sunny terrace (south-west orientation) invites you to relax and crickets. Garden furniture, parasol and barbecue available and the garden with its manicured lawns, additional space for children to play. A reserved parking and additional parking is available in front of the house.
