Our little ‘Casa Verde’ is approximately 50 square meters in size and has been prepared in an ecological manner. The area is located in a former ‘Leibzucht’ and enjoys an open distribution, so that the house is suitable for 2 people. The living room has a dining area open to the kitchen and kept only visually separated by the visible truss. The sofa bed offers an additional sleeping possibility in a handle. The kitchen area is equipped with an ivory-colored kitchen with refrigerator, sink and 2 hobs, so you can provide yourself here very well. The heating can be carried out on the storage heaters or on the kitchen witch with wood. Right next to the kitchen area is the bedroom. This has a large double bed in the rural country style. The room is finished, however, there is an open truss window to the living room.
The bathroom completes the consciously chosen style of our opinion successful harmony between country-style and modernity. The terracotta-colored floor tiles are broken by subtle accents set with flint appearance. The bathroom is equipped with a low tub, large vanity, toilet and bidet and has natural light.
On the floors is carefully processed real-wood flooring is oak, the walls are provided with an ecological wall plaster and painted white, which feature the latest-standard double-glazed wooden windows over sprouts. The entrance door in Sylter style opens onto a beautiful solarium of about 12 m², which is applied in steps.
There you can enjoy all-day sun, it can also be used for grilling happy because on request a barbecue can be provided.
The pretty ‘Casa Verde’ is located on a small farm in a dead end in a private road, thus ensuring perfect tranquility and great natural surroundings. Our friendly roommates are loving sheep (in the spring with lambs), cats and chickens.
The conversion was carried out by us in the year 2013/2014, so everything is new. Supermarkets can be found in the comfort of Krankenhagen (Combi supermarket) and Bösingfeld (REWE, Penny, etc.). Wifi is available free of charge.
