Property Description
We have designed a former residential and stable building in 2012/2013 from the ground up restored and authentically new. The decor combines classic materials such as old bricks and wooden beams with modern elements such as design screed incl. Underfloor heating on the ground floor.
The house is surrounded by a very large, beautifully designed garden, ideal with a beach chair and various seating areas and fireplace to relax. The bordering directly to the property Buchwald offers ample opportunity for walking and encounters with nature. In the garden itself hare and deer literally say “good night”.
The house can accommodate 4-6 persons (room distribution, see below). On request more bedrooms are possible, are available. The former stable part of the house is rented out permanently, the living area is for holiday rental. The house located in forest and field situation is so spacious and equipped with separate entrances, so you do not get in the way.

Dish washer and microwave, washing machine / dryer, hairdryer, towels, bedding, wood-burning stove, garden furniture, campfire / barbecue facilities, sandpit, swing, table tennis / boccia / croquet / badminton, …
For total relaxation: directly in the house classic back massage and traditional foot reflexology are offered by prior arrangement!
Please note that the house may not be smoked and that no pets are allowed.
The location of our farm in the Holstein Switzerland, one of the most popular destinations in northern Germany, offers a variety of recreational, sports and cultural opportunities:
The proximity to the Baltic Sea and the Holstein Lake District allows relaxation and exercise at the same time: in the summer offer Sehlendorf / Hohwacht or White House as the next sandy beaches with restaurants beach life.
For children Filippos Erlebnisgarten offers Futterkamp a dreamlike world of experience that is sweetened especially in the summer berry harvest time for parents! Even the bird park in Niendorf / Baltic Sea with the largest collection of owls in Europe is a beautiful destination for young and old.
Castle White House (www. White house. Net) offers the Schlosstherme (SPA) and the Kulturscheune even in bad weather is a welcome change. In addition, the restaurant “boat house” right on the beach is perfect for a “sun-downer”.
For active golfers, the Holstein Switzerland offers some fabulously located places: in just 10 minutes by car is the Golf & Country Club Hohwacht reach. On the homepage of www. golf package-baltic. de you can get information on other 7 places in the region.
Those interested in culture will find the Schleswig-Holstein Music Festival (www.shmf.de, playtime 2018 from 30. June – 26. August 2018) and the Eutin Festival (www.eutiner-festspiele.de, season 2018 from 4. July – 31. August 2018) a high-caliber music and opera selection. Moreover, Lübeck (about 35 minutes by car) and Hamburg offer (about 75 minutes by car) a huge selection of museums, theaters and musicals.
For history buffs Luebeck offers a deeper insight into the fascinating history of the Hanseatic League, and the Haithabu Viking Museum at Schloss Gottorf Schleswig, a modern exhibition presenting the Viking culture. Also interested in literature, see Lubeck with the Buddenbrooks House a wonderful museum to life and work of the man family (esp. Thomas and Heinrich).
