Our renovated holiday home is in walking distance to the World Heritage Zollverein, in a quiet residential area. The apartment is located in the left part of our family house and can be reached via a shared entrance.

Quiet residential area in Essen Stoppenberg. Direct access to bike paths. Proximity to the Allee Center Altenessen with good shopping and a weekly market. The Zeche Carl is also about 3 km away. A good transport links to the city center (shopping mall Limbecker Platz) or the Gruga (exhibition halls) is also given.

Renovated bright and friendly apartment
The entrance to the staircase on the ground floor. From there you get to the basement, where there is a large bathroom and a large bedrooms (double bed plus a sofa bed), bathroom with tub and shower enclosure.
On the first floor, the kitchen and a large living room (A double-bunk bed and an additional sofa bed), TV is in bedrooms and living rooms available AND the bathroom (watch TV in the bath)
Outside
Parking right outside the door, space for bikes in the garage available, smoke in the courtyard possible

By distributing the rooms on 3 floors, the apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility
