Our apartments in this house are all differently structured and offer up to 2 living rooms for 1-6 persons with own kitchen, stylish bath and sep. WC. The apartments can be completely allocated, but it is also possible to rent individual rooms; in this case the kitchen and bathroom will be shared with other guests. For the very large group, the entire house can be rented – just contact us!
Simply send us your inquiry with the desired number of persons and we will look at how best we can get you down in our house. You are also welcome to comment directly on your request regarding the accommodation of your fellow travelers or guests – we will then inform you quickly whether this is feasible.
The townhouse offers comfortable, lovingly designed living space. The rooms are bright and well maintained, the bathrooms are new and the kitchnettes functional. As the location of the stylish Apartment-Hotel Ruhr, the object of our philosophy is to offer affordable housing at reasonable prices for very different guests and groups. The house is designed for a maximum of 25 people, but you can also rent it as a smaller group.
For more than 25 people our locations Oberhausen and Mülheim are interesting – in total, our hotel offers up to 220 beds in 3 cities and 6 houses!
Depending on the duration of the booking and size of the group, our prices vary. For the best possible calculation, we therefore ask for personal contact!
