Our “Butterfly” apartment is located north, about 12 km from Erfurt.
It is quietly located in the center of Walschleben. Via the main road and by bus, the city center of Erfurt, with its sights and its diverse culture, can be reached very quickly. For sports enthusiasts the Gera-Radwanderweg leads directly past our house.
For your sole use are a garden, with large terrace, 2 parking spaces and a lockable basement area available.
On the property is a bicycle shed, barbecue and a fire place.
Our apartment is 52 m², has a 29 m² terrace and a 90 m² garden. It is located on the ground floor and can accommodate 2 adults.
A sleeping possibility for a toddler up to 3 years in the travel cot (without bed linen) is possible by arrangement.
The bed has a size of (LxWxH): 124 x 65 x 83 cm.
For a baby, a wraparound pad: 64 cm length, 43 cm width can be mounted on the travel cot.
The apartment is newly renovated, high quality furnished and lovingly furnished. The living room with integrated, modern and open fitted kitchen was equipped with high-quality electrical appliances from SIEMENS and a coffee machine from MIELE.
