This 70 square meter apartment is on the 2nd floor, the top floor and was completely renovated in 2010.
Here we combine old family pieces with modern furniture stylish. The modern chandeliers in every room, playing their part.
The apartment consists of a large, bright living room with modern sofa landscape and a small balcony where you can enjoy the sun. Dining area and kitchen, all in bright natural colors are separated by a half wall from the living area.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, large fridge / freezer and microwave.
Besides coffee maker, toaster and kettle, there is a Senseo coffee machine.
The shower is small, but nice and brand new.
The spacious bedroom has room for 2 people.
And for cooler days there is a fireplace in the hall. And desired of course wood for it.

Pets we take on any and for children, the house is not suitable.
Our three apartments are centrally located in the earth, just 150 meters from the Moselle River. Every morning the baker brings fresh bread in the house and puts them in the basket by the front door. You can then pick up your bag for breakfast. At the post office, there are daily newspapers and Grieshop the best fruits and vegetables far and wide. Both are approximately 250 meters away from the house.
Three restaurants, a wine bar and a wine tavern in the earth are within walking distance. In the hall there is a fridge with wines of local vintners. If desired, you can also make a wine tasting at this.

Whether you hike through dreamlike paths through the vineyards or explore the Moselle by bike. A trip by car or motorbike along the Mosel to Cochem company or go to Idar-Oberstein on the gems. And if you’re looking for a time of “big city” is: Trier, Germany’s oldest city is only 50 km away. You can combine culture, history and shopping excellent.
Your wheels or bikes can be set in the double garage. In Lösnich at Warscheid bicycle or in Zeltingen at bicycles Wildenmann there are also e-bikes to borrow. Arrival and departure:
We ask you in time 15-19 Clock to arrive. On the day of departure you can use the apartment until 11 clock available. Luggage can also be stored with us, you should plan an earlier arrival or later departure.
