Very idyllic and peaceful location on the edge of the Fichtelgebirge is located 8 km far from the festival city of Bayreuth, this 65m² large house, surrounded by 10 000m² fenced land.

The pretty kitchen with blue painted wooden cabinets is fully equipped with dishwasher, gas stove, refrigerator (but no freezer), microwave, and cookware, Nespresso coffee machine and toaster. There is no oven. Both from the kitchen and the living room leads out onto the covered terrace with a very nice sitting area and electric light. For cooler evenings there is a heater.
On the property itself there is also a very nice playground with seesaw, swing, slide and playhouse. Also a parking area for guests was thought.
In winter you can keep the house toasty with gas heaters. In addition there is a fireplace in the living room. Wood is sufficiently available and of course included in the price. During heavy snowfall, however, the approach is not guaranteed to the house. The wonderful view and the garden but schneeverzauberte compensate everything.

The closest major city Bayreuth (about 15 minutes) offers opportunities for shopping, as well as various bars and smaller clubs, also many interesting sights. A pretty small mill about 3 km away from here takes you on a typical Franconian meal. Shopping is also on the farm, the country butcher and in the fruit press house “around the corner”.
