In the village of Schnabelwald near Bayreuth, there is a 1000 m property just outside the town, where this lovely, three-bedroom detached home stands. You can enjoy the beautiful view from this sunny location and you will be standing right at the edge of the alternating landscape of forests, meadows, and hills that surrounds the area. Peace and quiet (the municipality has just 1000 residents spread across 22 km2) and nature are not all the area has to offer, you can also fully unwind in the sauna on the 1000 m2 estate, where you will also have garden furniture and a barbecue at your disposal. There is also table tennis for the children. We highly recommend a visit to the Craimoosweiher nature reserve, famous for its rare bird populations; a hike to the top of the 643-metre tall Kitschenrain, which boasts a stunning view over Franconia; or, of course, a day of shopping in the mid-size city of Bayreuth. In short, this is a wonderful detached home, where rest and relaxation come first and foremost. It is possible that you may have to park your car 100 m from the house under certain weather conditions in the winter.
