Property Description
The holiday house “Haus Hölterli” is located directly at our family house in a cul-de-sac and traffic-calmed zone, right in the residential area, on the outskirts of the town of Emmerich am Rhein, in the district of Leegmeer.
It is a cultivated family house with separate entrance. The size is 115 square meters and can accommodate 4 people.
The floors are separated by a gallery. The rooms are bright and tastefully designed and invite you to linger.
On the ground floor is the entrance area, a guest toilet and a living-dining area with open kitchen. The kitchen has an electric cooker with ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, pots, crockery and cutlery for 12 people, kitchen towels and trash cans.
On the gallery you will find a bathroom, a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with two separate beds. The bedrooms are equipped with box spring beds, TV and air conditioning. Bed linen is provided.
The terrace can be used for leisurely hours outdoors.
Furthermore, you will find in the house a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and wireless internet.
Baby cot and extra bed are possible.
