The holiday home consists of 4 bedrooms (all with 102 cm TV, Wi-Fi, etc.), 4 bathrooms, 1 wellness room with wooden sauna, big glazed shower, Jacuzzi for 2 people with steam bath, 2 living rooms (1 x 70 sq. m, 1 x 30 sq. m), one lounge upstairs with high-end stereo equipment of ‘Cabasse’ with Bluetooth connection to mobile phones, pads or laptops, the other living room downstairs with an 125 cm TV, that is able to connect to the internet, 1 leisure room in the entrance area with an half-sized tournament pool table (carambole no pool) and a professional foosball table. There is much of space (ca. 250 sq. m living space), where a maximum of eight persons could be accommodated. Educated dogs are allowed, a horse can be rented on request. The holiday home offers a big south facing terrace with four beach chairs, which can be adjusted to half level, so that you are always protected from the wind. From the terrace you will have a wonderful view into the landscape. At the property there is also a not fenced, natural lake, which is not a sedimentation pond. Unattended toddlers and non-swimmers might be in danger! Simple bicycles are available, as well as a gas barbecue on the terrace.
The facilities of the leisure home are predominantly high-class and as good as new. The initial renting took place in 2015! The dormitories, the hallway upstairs and the living room downstairs are constrained with eco-friendly, immaculate oak parquet. The living room offers a big, solid wood stove made in Norway (Jötul). The furniture is mainly new, Asian and solid, e.g. leather sofas, an antique dining table made in the region and a corresponding buffet. The kitchenware and cutlery is of high quality. There is as well a wardrobe in the old pantry. The fitted kitchen is equipped entirely to a regular extent with everything you need to cook.
