Through a private entrance you enter the side of our lovingly restored, former farmhouse. The really cozy apartment was before the conversion of hayloft for storage of hay and straw.
It is located in the attic in a quiet location and was renovated in spring 2014.
•LOCATION
The apartment is located just west of the gates of Rostock with very good access to the A19 (Berlin – Rostock), the A20 (Lübeck – Szczecin) and Warnemünde (8 miles).
THE ADVANTAGE: The proximity to the Hanseatic city of Rostock, to the Baltic Sea beach to Warnemünde or to the historical Münsterstadt Bad Doberan make our house the ideal starting point for your relaxing holiday or short break – no matter what the season.
On a plot of about 1000 sqm you will always find a place to relax, with a good book in the hammock wonderful forget everyday life. Children can jump to their heart’s content on the trampoline or play football in the large garden.
THE HOUSE – THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The former Büdnerei was built in 1914 by the great-grandfather and has since been inhabited by the family. Our house – the apartment is located on the green outskirts of Rostock in a quiet side street with nice and open-minded neighbors, as you wish.
Behind our house and yard are fields and old fruit trees.
A small lake in our street with swans and ducks invites you to go for a walk or to go fishing. The morning athletes can run a few laps here.

• DIRECTIONS & ENVIRONMENT
Bus and tram can be reached in a few minutes. The shopping park or Ikea is 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car. Nearby is also a bakery that has open on Sundays.
After Warnemünde, the beach and the Hanseatic city of Rostock, you can also come in a short time by bus, train, bicycle or car (each about 8 km).
It is a nice starting point to explore the area by bicycle. There are also cycling maps available.
