Property Description
The 80 sqm apartment has been newly renovated and furnished with love in 2017. It is located about 500 m as the crow flies from the beach, so that in less than 4 minutes by bike on the beautiful sandy beach, or on foot in about 10 minutes. In the center of Warnemünde it is a stone’s throw away with the bicycles, on a leisurely walk it takes about 35-40 minutes. A bus leaves every half hour to Warnemünde.
For a small obolus are from 5,00 € for the half and from 7.50 € for the whole day a variety of bikes in the house.
The living room
The apartment has a 20sqm living room with dining table and sofa, and a sofa bed, there is a large (1.80 m bed) and a small bedroom (1.40 m bed). The kitchen is separate, fully equipped, with stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker and crockery. The bathroom is big with a shower. In total there are 3 rooms + kitchen + bathroom + a small terraces that are at your disposal.
Access for guests
They rent the entire apartment. In addition, a parking space is available directly at the house.

During the stay, we are naturally reachable for you.
Other important information
The apartment is located in the state-recognized seaside resort Diedrichshagen – d. h., that we have to leave tax. Between the 01. May and the 30th September is 1.50 euros per person per day (arrival / departure day is counted together as a day). You have to pay at the check-in, if you also receive the spa card.
