We would like to welcome you in the heart of Tyrol in the beautiful village of Ellmau.
Our cozy and comfortable holiday home is located close to the city center and offers many pleasant conditions for winter as well as summer vacationers.
The skiers can reach the slopes directly in appropriate snow conditions, otherwise after about 50 m walk. The ski bus, which stops in the immediate vicinity of the house, can take you to other ski areas or the cross-country trails and winter hiking trails.
After a strenuous sporting day you can relax in the spacious spa area and then round off the evening in a cozy atmosphere.
In summer, the heart of our house is the large covered terrace, which offers a beautiful view of the imposing rock massif of the “Wilder Kaiser”.
Our 150 square meter house has a spacious living, dining area, equipped with an open and modern kitchen. From there, you enter the beautiful 20sqm terrace. A spiral staircase leads to the next floor where there are 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed, wardrobe and TV. Furthermore, there are a toilet and a bathroom, which is equipped with 2 sinks, shower and toilet.
On the lower floor there is a sauna and another shower.
In the adjacent garage you can safely store your ski and sports equipment. A heated ski boot stand is also available.
