Beautiful apartment in the lift-residence beside the station Brandstadtl in Soell. The apartment offers 2 floors of space for up to 6 people. In the entrance floor enjoys a spacious open-plan living-dining area with fireplace and indulging in a little open-quality cuisine. Ausßerdem here is a bedroom with TV and 1,60m bed and a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine and dryer and separate toilet. From the living area leads onto a large balcony with barbecue, where you can comfortably enjoy the sun, a barbecue or the peace and quiet. On the upper floor is a cozy retreat corner, 1 bedroom with TV and 1,80m bed and 1 bedroom with 1.60m bed and access to the roof terrace and the master bathroom with a large walk-in shower and access to the sauna, which can accommodate 4 persons. The apartment TOP 11 also includes an underground parking space and 2 outdoor parking spaces for our guests. A ski storage room is in the basement. For our younger guests we have a cot and a Tripp Trapp highchair. The Internet access is free. The base station Brandstadl is about 150 meters away. From there you have direct access to the ski resort Wilder Kaiser Brixental, Austria’s largest contiguous ski area with 91 lifts and 279 kilometers of pistes.
The ski rental and the ski school is right next to the gondola station.
