The house is characteristic and rezent renovated and has on the upper floor a cozy living room with wood burning fireplace, a balcony with a magnificent view, a compact kitchen with Nespresso machine, hob, fridge and microwave. 1 bedroom for 2 persons with wash basin, shower and toilet, 1 bedroom with balcony for 2-4 persons with washbasin, shower and toilet. In the lower floor you will find a complet and luxury kitchen for 12 people with wood-burning fireplace, 1 bedroom for 2 persons with sink, a bathroom with bath and toilet. One bedroom for 2-4 pers. With bathroom (shower and sink) and a TV lounge.
Outside in the gardens there is a wood-fired hot tub for 8 people and in summer a Weber BBQ and a table tennis. In the basement you can find a ski boot dryer.

Directly in front of the house is a cross-country ski and hiking trails. Several nights a week illuminates the slopes in Söll by night, and there are 2 floodlit toboggan runs in Söll.
The area is in the winter for skiing, cross-country skiers and hikers.
Outside in the gardens enough wood for the tub and 2 ovens.
Throughout the house there is central heating, wireless internet and there are board games games.
A sports in winter, a walking holiday in the spring climbing and mountain biking in the summer holiday or a relaxing holiday in the autumn: each season to enjoy the beautiful scenery around the house.
