Holiday house for 10 persons approx 350 meters from the valley station of Hartkaiserbahn in Ellmau – directly from the front door you can go to the base station with good snow conditions.
The house has on the ground floor a bedroom (140 cm wide bed) with shower, refrigerator and washing facilities, a kitchen with wood stove, a dining room, a storage room, a separate toilet, a sauna with shower, a room with power machine and a ski storage. Upstairs there is a living room, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with bath, 2 shower rooms and a room with 2 single beds. The house has a garden.
Bedding, wireless Lan, Sledge, cots and high chairs are available. A kicker is in the house. In summer, a table tennis table and a giant trampoline can be used. The house is operated by electric heaters.
A security deposit of EUR 300.00 is required upon arrival and will be refunded on departure if no damage has been caused to the house and furnishings.
Arrival is possible from 4.00 pm, departure by 10.00 am.
Ideally, the house is occupied by 8 people.
