Welcome to the website of Huize Olthof. The house is 35 years in our family, but in the summer of 2014 completely renovated and since then in the rental.
The chalet is in Tyrolean style and is suitable for 2-8 persons. It is completely free in a large privacy offering green garden and is located in the beautiful Leukental at about 15 minutes walk from the cozy village of Ellmau. The house is located at 790 m altitude at about 500 meters from the main road and is excellent without reaching snow chains.
The environment is characterized by the many possibilities for a wonderful holiday. In front of the house is the beautiful and varied ski area of ??the Skiwelt Wilderkaiser-Brixental a few kilometers away. It is nearly 300 km of interconnected slopes of Austria’s largest ski and snow … especially since 90% of the slopes are equipped with snow cannons.
But also in other seasons, this area is attractive. When winter is over you run behind our house so to the foot of the famous Wilder Kaiser Mountains, a stunning nature reserve with numerous hiking and climbing routes. Golfers can enjoy themselves, because 900m away is the beautiful Wilder Kaiser 27-hole golf course with breathtaking views of the Wilder Kaiser. At 600m is the extensive Kaiserbad, a swimming pool with many amenities including heated indoor and outdoor pools, ice cold natural pool, slides, playground, restaurant, sauna and indoor tennis courts. Cyclists can by racing bike, but especially with mountianbike or e-bike drive many beautiful trails.
In the house is the living room with wood and stucco equipped and furnished with new furniture. A large fireplace is the cozy center. Outside the wood supply is available to you. For the hobby cook, there is a new modern kitchen with Siemens appliances, including a microwave, oven carriage and large American fridge. A cozy wooden bench around the corner Jogltish completes the picture.
The three bedrooms are furnished with Tyrolean peasant furniture. Two rooms have a double bed and one has a bunk bed. There are two bathrooms, one bathroom has double sinks, tub, shower, toilet and other bathroom sink, shower, toilet, washing machine and dryer.
There is a separate room for storing skis and ski boots heating and some sleds. There is a gazebo with basic sports equipment such as badminton and tennis rackets and a football goal. There is a barbecue and there are garden chairs and umbrellas.
