Property Description
This very old farmhouse, whose origins date back to 1730, is now a nice holiday home with the modern comforts of today while maintaining its original character. The solid build quality of the house makes it nice and cool in summer and keeps you warm in the winter. The house is ideal for 2 persons but the good sleepingcoach in the livingroom makes its possible for up to two childeren extra to come. The property is centrally located in the quiet village of Welschbillig-Ittel that is located amidst the rolling hills of the Eifel. The area is really beautiful and is therefore a belofed area for walking, cycling and Horsriding. At approximately 17 km away lays the lively town of Bitburg, known for its eponymous beer. "Bitte ein Bit" is the famous slogan you see at the back of many cars. At just 18 km away you will find the beautiful historic city of Trier and the Moselle. Luxembourg is also nearby, here we advise to bring a visit to the town of Vianden or Echternach and make a hike through the natural beauty of the Mullerthal.
