Welcome! Our apartments are located in the nature park ‘South Styrian Wine Country’, in a promising location, on the hill Hohenegg,. The ‘Kröllwinzerei’ is idyllically situated between the vineyard and the edge of the forest. It follows in terms of equipment and ambience our motto: ‘nature + comfort’. Information about the winery: The historic winery is located in the nature reserve ‘South Styrian Wine Country’ in a secluded location on the hill Hohenegg, 1.4 km from the center of Leutshach / castle mountain. The winery has 3ha wing gardens in the best southern slope, which are planted with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Welschriesling. Farming by the tenant takes place ecologically. The ‘Kröllwinzerei’ was completely renovated in style in 2000/2001 and is lovingly maintained at regular intervals.
Excursions, activities: Graz, with all cultural possibilities, from opera to concerts, theater to jazz and an incomparable old town can be easily reached by car in 45 minutes. Other destinations are Marburg, Ptui! (Slovenia), Leibnitz, Bad Radkersburg (Therme), Kitzeck, the Riegersburg and many other attractions. Vienna is only 190 km away.
