Our philosophy is to provide our guests the opportunity for a short time once a “get out” and dive into an almost forgotten world of peace and relaxation. This closely linked with a magnificent landscape and nature, which knows how to inspire us every season. As transport in this wonderful world our “Landhaus Stattiger”, a chalet whose history goes back over 500 years and built by us with much respect and attention to detail again serves. Stattiger is always rented to a party so you can enjoy your stay alone.

Of course, with bathrobes, slippers and the entire bath cosmetics are available.
On the property Stattiger, a centuries-old Hube, adjacent to the farmhouse are a former farm building, an old wooden house with bread oven / grill station / bar and seating, as well as the original press house. The property with approximately 28 000 m² also includes mixed forest, grassland and a hidden picnic area. The area is located in the municipality of St. Untergreith in Johann im Saggautal Südsteirisches inside the Natural Park Weinland. The entire property is available for our guests’ exclusive use.
