An 80 m² small terraced house from the 1920s offers you and your family / friends relaxing days in a historic ambience. The fully heated cottage has two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen with adjoining small breakfast room with panoramic window and garden view. In the historic cellar with brick wall in the old state is a bathroom with shower, a second toilet is upstairs. Steep stairs, low, light-flooded rooms and cuddly seating radiate homely coziness and invite you to relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and dishes. From the breakfast room, a staircase leads directly into the garden, where a seating area is set up for barbecues and lingering. A small lawn for children to play is also available. Books and games are ready for rainy days. Bed linen and towels are also provided.
The house is located in the middle of a quiet side street and is easily accessible by road. A small car could park in the front yard, for larger cars there is a parking space directly on the street. For large amounts of snow, a public car park is within walking distance in 5 minutes. Bus stop and train station are about 15 minutes away on foot. Both city center and nature are good and quickly reachable in a few minutes.
Neustadt in Saxony is located in a picturesque valley between Saxon Switzerland and Oberlausitzer Bergland and offers a variety of hiking and leisure activities. Within walking distance, the city center can be reached with adventure pool, outdoor lake, city museum, cultural center and sports forum. Parks, playgrounds, restaurants, cinema and shopping characterize the historic city center. By car or bicycle the castle Langburkersdorf, castle Rammenau, the castle Stolpen and the animal park Bischofswerda in the neighboring places are attainable. By train you can discover the Saxon Switzerland on a fantastic tour. In the city more cultural events are offered. The city of Dresden is 40 km away and can also be reached with a direct bus connection.
The house is not barrier-free; smaller children should be accompanied on the stairs. Animal husbandry not desired. Non smoking house. Liability is not accepted.
