It lies directly on the Pelhamer lake in the nature reserve Eggstätt-Hemhofer-Seenplatte, from the Chiemsee approx. 10 -15 minutes away.
All apartments have a beautiful view over the lake, the Chiemgau mountains and the lovingly landscaped garden.
Hikes and bike rides are possible directly from the apartments.
