Our house is located in Eder-Bringhausen, in a quiet location, with stunning views of Lake Eder, the Scheid Peninsula and the castle of Waldeck. The house, beautifully situated on a slope of Bringhausen, has a large terrace overlooking the Edersee, which is within walking distance in 7-8 minutes.
The warmly decorated living and dining area with an open kitchen invites to entertaining evenings. Enjoy the autumn and winter the flickering fire in the fireplace – Wood stands on the property ready. Or you choose the eventful day with a sauna – the sauna (with rest room and shower / WC) is the basement and is accessible via an outside staircase. You is at your sole use.
In the sauna area there is also a washer and dryer. The calculation of the current costs for this is based on consumption.
In addition, the house has underfloor heating and Wi-Fi (free).
A swimming pool (outdoor), you can enjoy those beautiful summer days the cool water. The pool has a size of approximately 2.5 mx 7 m and is solar heated. The use in 2018 will be possible from 23. 06. 18 to 31. 08. 18.
In the apartment there are 2 bedrooms. The large master bedroom is (= 1.80 m b) and a 2.5-meter cabinet equipped with a double bed. The other bedroom is small and good for up to 2 more persons. There you will find a 1.40 m wide bed. This is on the corner of the room, ie, it must be demonstrated only from one side.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove (4 burners, stove), extractor hood, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, toaster, hand mixer, kettle, crockery, cutlery and cooking pots ideal for convivial cooking evenings.
We will gladly provide free of charge provided a cot and a highchair.
The friendly, brightly tiled bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink.
Lots of outdoor holiday with vision: Enjoy the morning breakfast in the sun. On the terrace you have a wicker table with four matching chairs.
Jump afternoon to cool off in the lake before the Sundowner waiting. The existing grill ensures an evening barbecue.
Can wander on warm summer evenings the view over the lake to Schloss Waldeck or on the sunny peninsula Scheid.
It is planned that soon the ground floor is another bedroom with ensuite shower room (for up to 2 people and 1 infant) can be rented if needed.
Bed linen, towels and tea towels, we will gladly available (12,50 euro per person).
