Property Description
The half-timbered house has been fully restored from 1998 to 2004 in their own work and fits stylishly furnished to the exposed rafters. Haus Anna is detached and has on the garden side has a covered balcony with a massive furniture. It is offered as a holiday home for 12 years and speaks for its location especially hikers and cross-country skiers on. The district Sparbrod is a small village with 80 inhabitants and is located at the foot of the mountain Simmel. This is to climb from the house in about an hour on foot. Other hiking destinations are also nearby and within walking distance.
