This spacious accommodation is in a quiet atmosphere within easy reach of the scenic South Park. Upon request, guests may take the garden.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a two family house, in which live the hosts. In the fully equipped kitchen there is, among other things stove, oven, microwave and kitchen utensils. In the kitchen is a dining table for 2, in the living area, a dining table for 4 people.
The double bedroom can accommodate 2 people. On the leather sofa, guests can curl up in the living area with TV and overlooks the garden. The bathroom has a walk-in shower.
Just 200 meters from the house is the Buga terrain where there are numerous ways for walkers and joggers. The nearest metro station (Werstener village street) go only a 5 minute walk. From there, it takes only 10 minutes to the center of Dusseldorf. The trade exhibition will take about 25 minutes by subway.
In 500 meters there is among others a supermarket, a pharmacy and a bakery. In addition, parking is plentiful. Smoking is allowed only on the terrace.
No dogs.
Please behave as quiet as possible after 22 PM.
The use of the garden is only possible by prior arrangement with the host.
