The 2-Room apartment is located in the raised ground floor of a wondeful and historic youth style building. Recently sanified and fully furnished and equipped I rent it out to the visitors of our most beautiful city. The real wooden floor which refurbished as well: as the stucco. The bathroom was equipped with large tiles, a floor even shower in a elegant way.
The fully equipped kitchen Provides in oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher.
Of course a coffee machine, toaster and kettle are also available like cutlery.
In the living room you will find a corner couch Which can therefore be used as a guest bed and desk / dinner table with 2 chairs. For your entertainment you can find a 46 “LED Smart TV.
The bed is queen size with 160×200 with reading lamps and the bedroom so offers a wardrobe with a build in safety deposit box did you can use for your valuables. (Free of charge)
The balcony is Directly accessible from the bedroom and offers the view to the inner courtyard as well as a bistro table with 2 chairs. Smoking is allowed on the balcony only.
