Then you should get to know our holiday home! It is not only comfortably furnished, offers a sun-drenched living room, Wi-Fi and leaves nothing to be desired in terms of equipment, but it is also conveniently located and yet quiet. The A40, A42, A57, A59 and A3 motorways are within easy reach. In addition, the connection to public transport is just as ideal.
We know how complicated it can be to get a nice accommodation for a fair price on the fair days in Düsseldorf or Essen.
The location of our house is ideal to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and after a busy day at the fair to spend a quiet evening at our cottage. In about 25 minutes drive from our house on the fairgrounds in Dusseldorf. And you can make it to the exhibition center in Essen in about 30 minutes – depending on the traffic situation, of course.
Due to the great location of our house many great attractions and attractions in the Ruhr area or the Lower Rhine can be reached in a few minutes. The environment can also be explored very well by bike or by public transport.
The living room is tastefully furnished and has a comfortable couch with Otomane and can be used as a sofa bed for 2 people. The stool of the couch can be used as a comfortable footrest and the Otomane can be moved flexibly. The flat-screen TV offers a wide selection of HD TV channels. The integrated dining area in the living room can accommodate at least 6 people. The table can also be removed. From the dining area leads directly onto the terrace, which is also equipped with a table and chairs. From there it goes into the spacious garden.
The spacious kitchen offers plenty of space for cooking, baking and lingering. High-quality appliances such as an AEG oven, a ceramic hob, a privilege microwave and a Bosch dishwasher provide everything that is needed. A toaster is also available as the necessary dishes, cutlery and many cooking and baking accessories. Whether you dine in the kitchen, in the dining room or in good weather on the terrace, is up to you.
The bright daylight guest bathroom offers a shower facility through a floor-level shower (70 x 80 cm) and is equipped with a toilet, a lighted hanging mirror cabinet and a sink.
The bedroom with its double bed (with a bed of 2 x 100×200 cm) and its spacious closet offers a magnificent view of the garden.
The brightly tiled main bathroom is equipped with a comfortable corner bath, which can also be used as a shower. It offers plenty of natural light, a toilet, a lighted hanging mirror cabinet and a sink.
The other bedroom upstairs is equipped with two further single beds with a sleeping area of ??90 x 200 cm and a wardrobe. This can be reached via a walk-through room with a cozy TV or Couchecke as well as a workstation (desk) is equipped. A weather-protected loggia offers a nice place to stay with a view of the garden.
Even in the large, spacious garden, you will find time to linger. On the terrace are seating areas to enjoy the sunshine and the green surroundings.
