Location: U79-Bahn runs every 20 minutes until 12 o’clock in the night and from 6:30 in the morning 50 times next to the apartment. A certain noise arises, which is not particularly annoying and you get used to it relatively quickly!

Bookings can not be made by third parties. Only people who have booked, are allowed to check in.
Since the parquet is very high quality, I ask to enter the floor with slippers, sneakers or socks, do not change furniture and drive carefully with the suitcase on the floor! Highheels or lace items also avoid what is normally normal on wood floors. Thank you!
A security deposit of 350 € is due upon arrival and will be refunded at check-out if no damages were made.
A cleaning fee will be charged and included in the final price.
