The building was build in the early 90’s according to the western standards of the already unified Germany. Although there are some classic old style buildings nearby in the neighborhood, many of the surrounding buildings are typical east German block-constructions, as you can see in the pictures. Please take this into consideration if you’re looking for a particular style of neighbourhood.
