Our holiday home is located in the heart of the old town of Dresden-Strehlen close to Dresden’s biggest urban recreational park, the ‘Great Garden’. They can accommodate two to four people and is characterized primarily by its quiet and green area amidst a middle-class residential area. It is connected with its proximity to the city with all its sights low to the public transport network with buses and trams. Apartment description:
The apartment is located on the second floor of a tenement. She is friendly furnished, clean and bright.
The bedroom has a double bed (140 x 200 cm), a reading lamp and a closet with hangers. Moreover, there is an iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner available.
In the living area you will find a TV with cable reception (Telekom Entertain – many channels) and a new sofa bed, which optionally offers two more sleeping places. Thus, the living area is used as a bedroom. The living and dining area has a small balcony, which shows the greenery. If necessary we can provide a cot with mattress and a high chair available. Give us when booking just a short notice.
The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an induction hob, a washing machine, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and various kitchen utensils. Opposite the kitchen is a bar that separates the kitchen from the living area. For leisurely meal and sit together the dining table can be used by the window.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, mirror cabinet and toilet. Towels and a hair dryer is to give you ready, of course.

In the basement up to 2 bicycles can be accommodated by arrangement. The room is lockable.
The stay of pets is available by prior arrangement.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment! The dining area includes a small balcony, you can use for this purpose.

Our apartment is very conveniently located. The city center is reachable in about 10 minutes with the tram line. 9 There the most attractions such.
