The apartment is located in a lovingly restored old farmhouse (Bj. 1859) in one of the most attractive areas of Dresden, in the district of Pillnitz, in a quiet residential street close to the Saxon Wine Street.
The Pillnitz Castle, the associated park with the Orangery, the Palm House and the famous Camellia and the ‘Pillnitz Royal Vineyard’ of the winegrowing community Pillnitz, in which I umgehge about 1200 vines, are very close and in sight.
On spacious 65 m² there are the inviting living area, fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a beautiful bathroom. The floor is fully tiled with Italian ‘hand-molded tiles’.

The living area has a comfortable couch, a separate dining area and then a spacious and sunny 7sqm balcony with great views of the surrounding countryside and the vineyards.

In the bathroom with window there is a corner bath to enjoy and relax, a sep. Shower, sink, toilet and a washing machine.
The bedroom has a large double and single bed (extendable if required) furnished with bedside tables and a beautiful old mirrored wardrobe in oak.
An eye-catcher in the apartment are the rustic exposed beams.
By car you are within 20 minutes of downtown Dresden. Likewise, you need only 20 minutes by car to get to the heart of the Saxon Switzerland.
A bus stop is just a few minutes walk.

Especially for horse owners and horse lovers: about 4 minutes walk from the apartment is the Pillnitzer horse farm ‘Alte Schäferei’. There you can indulge in your hobby and if you do not want to give up your eigenens horse on your vacation, there are also board boxes for rent.
