Property Description
My accommodation is close to the city center, in the beautiful district Laubegast with Elbnähe, there is a very good connection to the tram and is good for couples, friends, but also single travelers are welcome. The tram is right outside the front door (journey time to the city center about 15min)
The living room
The apartment is located in our house on the upper floor. It has an access to the private balcony which belongs to you for the duration of the stay and can be used after an eventful day to linger and end of the day. There is also a private bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a private kitchenette.
On the beds comfortable 2 persons each a possibility to sleep, we are happy to provide on request a cot (for children up to 3 years).
Bed linen and towels are provided by us.
For longer stays, the washing machine can be used on the ground floor.
Access for guests
The apartment is located upstairs in our house you get to it by going through our shared hallway upstairs. The apartment consists of three rooms a bedroom with two beds a lounge with kitchen and a bathroom with shower
Interaction with guests
Since we also live in the house, the communication will not be an issue. We are happy to give you tips on what you must have seen in Dresden and the surrounding area.
A Dresden travel guide and a scheduled timetable are available for free use during your stay.

The city of Dresden demands an accommodation tax which we have to collect from you. The accommodation tax depends on the

The accommodation tax is due no later than the last
day of payment.
