Our holiday home is located in the heart of a listed Gartensiedlung the district Dresden-Gruna, which was designed by the German architect Hans Erlwein and built in 1923. They can accommodate two to four people and is distinguished primarily by its quiet and green area amidst a middle-class residential area and is connected with its close proximity to the city center with all its attractions located on the public transport network with trams and buses. So it is up to the city center only a few tram stops, the Dresdner Naherhohlungspark ‘Great Garden’ can be reached in a very short time on foot as well as the scenic hiking and biking trail along the same bus until the ‘Blue Wonder’ in less than 10 minutes. Numerous shops (bakers, drugstores, supermarkets, pharmacies, doctors, restaurants, post office) can be found nearby. If you plan to arrive by car, located in front of the house public parking to park your vehicle for the entire duration of your stay free of charge.

Apartment description:
The apartment is located on the second floor, in the attic of the house.
She is friendly furnished, clean and bright.
The bedroom has a large double bed (180 x 200 cm) with a bedside table and a reading lamp and a wardrobe with plenty of hangers. Moreover, there is an iron and a vacuum cleaner are available.
In the living area you will find a TV set with cable connection, a CD radio and a new sofa bed, which optionally offers two more sleeping places, eg. B. for children. Thus, the living area is used as a bedroom.
With the built-in window blinds, the room can be darkened.
If necessary we can provide a cot with mattress and a high chair available.
