Apartment II from 43 €:
3 bedrooms with double beds (180×200), single beds; Living room with single beds and sofa bed, kitchen + bath. 85sqm for max. 10 people.
Apartment III from 48 €:
Attic with 4 bedrooms (incl. Schlafspitzboden), living room with single bed and sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom, guest toilet. 130sqm for max. 13 people.
The house can also be rented as a whole and then covers approximately 280 square meters of living space and offers for max. 29 people enough space.
The location is really fantastic, because with 5 minutes walk you have an impressive view over the “Schönfelder Hochland”, Dresden and the TV tower. It is also a perfect starting point for walking tours through the moors and in the Saxon Switzerland or for walks through romantic valleys and fields.
At the same time it is very fast in Dresden’s center: The bus stops almost on the doorstep, so you in 20 minutes in the trendy district “Neustadt” is.
The property has its own parking space (for each apartment 1 parking space), a garden to stop and possibly. Grilling.
The house makes from the outside not so pretty impression, since the facade must be renewed and the 670qm large property on some corners still looks wild. However, inside it is cozy, bright, spacious and nothing is missing … the equipment is simple; some tiles have small jumps and the apartments are not top-renovated. The kitchens are well equipped (ceramic stove with oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker …), the bathrooms of apartment I + II have a bathtub + shower; in the master bedrooms are large double beds (180×200) and on request a travel cot and high chair can be provided; There are also washing machines.
In 8 minutes on foot is a baker and supermarket available; 5 minutes away is the “Gasthaus zum highlands” with a rich offer of delicious food. Diagonally opposite is the old town center with a beautiful park, duck pond and the oldest buildings of the district.
Other worthwhile short-term goals are for example. The three castles of Dresden, the climbing park Bühlau (especially for kids!), the Blue Wonder, the Körnerplatz, Pillnitz Castle, the Waldschlößchen, the TV Tower, the suspension railway u. V. M.
