Property Description
Our accommodation is located on the edge of the recreational area “Dresdner Heide” near the well-known villa district “Weisser Hirsch”.
5 minutes away on foot is the natural bath “Marienbad”. The natural lake is ideal for rest and relaxation.
In just 20 minutes you can reach the city center with Semperoper, Frauenkirche, castle, kennel, green vault, zoo, hygiene museum or the Elbsandsteingebirge.
The garden house is ideal for two people. In addition, 1-2 people can stay.
The house has a large living room with open kitchen and open sleeping area (double bed 1.60 m). A wooden staircase leads to the gallery with another sleeping possibilities. The couch in the living area can also be used as sleeping accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped. The separate bathroom comes with an open floor-level shower.
Please note that the house is not ideal due to the open staircase and the open gallery for young children (2-8 years).
You are welcome to use the large teak table with chairs and a barbecue in the garden.

The garden house is located on our property. We live in a quiet area and the neighbors appreciate this as well.

Within walking distance (2 min.) Is the bus stop of line 309, which runs every hour on weekdays. Within walking distance (15 min.) You can reach the tram stop of line 11, which runs frequently and takes you directly to the city center.
House rules:
No Smoking. Not suitable for pets. No parties or events. The check-in time is 16: 00-22: 00. Check-out until 10:00.
Since the first July 2015 the City of Dresden will charge an extra tax for private accommodation. For all information, see business are exempt employers with a certificate from the bed tax.
