The two non-smoking bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed (180 x200cm), a sofa bed and TV. You will also find enough space for your clothes in the respective bedrooms. Bed linen is included in the price.
The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, microwave and toaster. Dishes and kitchen utensils are sufficiently available.
Evening entertainment includes a satellite LCD TV, radio, books and
a game collection.
On your own terrace, you can have breakfast on fine days and barbecue in the evening.
The spacious bathroom is equipped with a large floor level shower, toilet and hair dryer. Bath towels are sufficiently ready.
A lockable bicycle house is located on the property.
Holiday on the edge of Dresden. And yet you are in a few minutes by tram (100m walk) in the center. You can take tram line 11 in almost 30 minutes from door to door. A stopover in the historic old town or the trendy district of Dresden-Neustadt is no problem. The tram line runs almost the whole night.
On hot summer days, you can cool off in the natural pool Mockritz. 5 minutes by bus line 63.

Lidl, Aldi, Rossmann can be reached in 2 minutes walk.
Getting there:
The arrival is possible from 16 clock. This ensures that between departure (10:00 o’clock) of the previous guests and your arrival the apartment can be prepared for you.
