We offer a generous, charming and quiet 5-room-apartment of 120 sqm with a nice terrace and a large, lovingly planted garden in the elegant Dresden-style Villaviertel Weisser Hirsch. The apartment of a pianist is beautifully furnished and decorated and has a magnificent concert wing, on which guests, who themselves can play the piano and deal with the instrument, may do so. The apartment on the ground floor of an Italian-style restored historical villa is very well and fully equipped for up to 6 people. It is barrier-free and offers a generous bathroom with shower bath and 2 tastefully furnished dining rooms, one with access to the terrace with garden furniture and the garden. In a separate annex to the villa, just steps away from this, there is an additional simple bathroom with shower, hand basin and toilet. The very spacious large bedroom has a high quality double, the cozy little bedroom has an excellent single bed. There is also a comfortable sofa (double bed) in the salon for 2 persons. In addition, there is a mobile (single) extra bed as well as a comfortable baby bed including soft additional mattress, which can be set up in all rooms.
The beautifully tiled, blue and white tiled kitchen is very well stocked and has a dishwasher, fridge / freezer combination, toaster and coffee machine as well as a generous general equipment, with which you can well over a longer period of time well.
The main bathroom has a washing machine.
In the salon there is a high quality Bose music system, a very nice and comfortable Biedermeier sofa with bench as well as another quality sofa, which can be transformed into a comfortable double bed with few hands.
The small bedroom has a TV as well as a rich mainly belletristic library.
In the smaller dining room, in addition to the concert wing in the salon, an electric piano of the Yamaha brand is available.
Price details:
The accommodation price of 119, – EUR / night is valid for occupancy by 1 or 2 persons. Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. For occupancy by 3 to 6 persons we charge an extra charge of only 15, – EUR / night for the 3rd and 4th and only an additional 10, – EUR / night for the 5th and 6th. Person.
