The 40 sqm large studio in south-west orientation is located in the attic (2 OG) of a 3-family house in a residential area in Dormagen district Nievenheim and is intended for 2 self-catering persons. Other persons are possible on request.
The staircase leads to the studio with bathroom and loggia. The studio has a double bed (1. 8m x 2. 0m), a couch for two people, a coffee table, a TV with satellite reception, a table and chairs. The cooking area consists of a fridge incl. Freezer, a dishwasher, a sink, a microwave unit with grill function, a 2-plate induction hob and a basic set of cooking and eating utensils. The bathroom has a toilet, sink and a combination of shower and bath.
Location and connections:
Nievenheim is located about halfway between Dusseldorf and Cologne.
The studio is about 800m from the S-Bahn station Nievenheim, about 500m from the nearest food markets, pharmacy and medical center and about 200m from the nearest bus stop. The motorway connections are north and south about 7km away, so that you can be in normal traffic conditions in about 0. 5h both in Dusseldorf as well as in Cologne city center. The airport Dusseldorf (DUS) can be reached by S-Bahn directly in about 50 minutes.
In the immediate vicinity there are public children’s playgrounds and an indoor pool. Further away: an outdoor pool, two golf courses and the historic district of Dormagen “Zons”.

For the deposit, the cancellation policy and the final cleaning fee, see below. The intermediate cleaning of the studio is to be done by the renter himself.
Bed linen and towels are included once per stay or per week.
Special equipment and regulation:
Internet access via WLAN incl. Flaterate telephony to the German fixed network is included in the price as well as a parking space at the house and occasional use of washing machine.
Anything else:
Except for the loggia and the outdoor area, smoking is not allowed throughout the house.
Furthermore, the studio and the house are unfortunately not set up for a stay of animals.
