Bright, cozy, clean, quiet, newly renovated apartment overlooking the rooftops of Lienz, framed by the Lienz Dolomites. There is one bedroom and a living room, with kitchenette (microwave, oven, etc), TV, radio and a nice bathroom with window. On the first floor of a former hotel (a few years ago completely renovated) with a large balcony to the south, lies our beautiful small apartment with 2 rooms. Parking spaces are available right by the house. A Great place for summer and winter. Go hiking, biking, skiing, cross-country skiing or just for a romantic (website hidden) a short time they are in the ski area! In the resort directly ski rentals and schools. Lienz is a very beautiful little town with a quaint downtown area, with many restaurants, café, bars, various possibilities for shopping and a movie theater. Unfortunately, that’s just our apartment, so I’m hardly ever on the spot. But we have a nice lady taking care of any problems on the spot!
The neighborhood:
Also Dölsach (below Obergöriach; between home and Lienz) is also worth a visit. There is a good restaurant to Tiroler Hof and the distillery Kuenz.
Transportation:
Although there is a bus stop about 400 meters from the house on the main road connecting the town to Lienz and Carinthia, but without a car it’s not there very convenient!

Beautiful, clean, quiet, fresh renovated apartment near Lienz.
There is one Bedroom (Dobblebed), a Living Room with kitchen (Microwave, Oven, everything …) TV, radio, and a beautiful little bathroom with shower.
Parking spots are right in front of the house.
Wunderful for winter and summer stays.
Lienz is a beautiful little city with restaurants, bars, cafes, and a nice little shopping area in a historic center.
The nearest supermarket is 7 minutes by car and therefore there is a restaurant and cafe and so on in Dölsach. To the city Lienz with everything what you need you go 15 minutes by car.
The nearest ski area s Zettersfeld and Hochstein 15 Minutes by car.
Other Areas are Matrei, Holy Blood, Silian and Hochpusterthal (Italy) max 30 minutes.
So for cross-country skiing it is a very nice area and very close by (within 10/15 minutes my car), at Lienz Dolomites or more informations at DolomitiNordicSki.

There are lakes and trekking -and mountain bike routes close by.
The region is very good for hiking, too. You will find routes close by the house or few minutes away with the car.
